Tatiana Mosquera Angulo is the Director of the Strengthen Capabilities Center, Transforma, at Fundación Ideas para la Paz (FIP), a Colombian think and do tank (www.ideaspaz.org). She accompanies and supports the FIP team in designing educational experiences and facilitating dialogue processes and addresses methodological challenges innovatively.

Tatiana has 20 years of experience in education, facilitation, peacebuilding, dialogue, and direct stakeholder engagement. She has also been involved in numerous projects that strengthen capacity and research, especially in social and community projects within fragile contexts in Colombia and Latin America.

Her academic journey is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Tatiana holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and anthropology from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. She further honed her skills with a specialist degree in regional development management from the same university and a master’s degree in Collaborative-Dialogic Practice.
