Shruti Mittal works at the intersection of climate, philanthropy, and global collaboration, driven by a belief that tackling climate change requires both ambitious solutions and strong collective action. As Associate Director of Development for Global Climate at The Nature Conservancy, she builds partnerships and mobilises resources to support high‑impact climate solutions around the world.

Her journey into climate began through work with non-profits in India and Canada, where she saw firsthand how environmental challenges are closely tied to questions of equity, power, and collective action. Based near Toronto, she leads with a thoughtful and collaborative approach, and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful ways to contribute to lasting change. Outside of work, she enjoys baking breads and bagels, spending time outdoors with her family, and getting lost in a good work of fiction.
