Sanghamitra Samaddar builds partnerships and shapes narratives that connect grassroots innovation with global conversations. As Global Narrative Building and Partnerships Manager at Atmashakti Trust, she leads strategic partnerships, institutional communications, and editorial initiatives that amplify community-led innovations through research, storytelling, and collaborative publications.

She has served as the curator of the Social Innovations Journal, special editions, working with practitioners, researchers, and community leaders to document and disseminate practice-based knowledge. Before joining the social sector, Sanghamitra spent over 15 years in strategic branding and marketing, working closely with artisan communities and craft-based enterprises to strengthen sustainable livelihoods, develop markets, and celebrate traditional knowledge systems.

Her work today focuses on advancing Indigenous knowledge, climate resilience, inclusive development, and systems change by creating spaces where diverse voices come together to influence policy, practice, and collective action.
