Jeff works at the intersections of social justice, political innovation, and collective imagination. As co-founder and Executive Director of imagineers lab, he designs spaces and processes that help organizations, communities, and initiatives alike to explore new forms of leadership, reciprocity, and transformation.
Previously, he directed the May Ayim Fund and established Germany’s first anti-discrimination counseling center, specifically for Black people, at Each One Teach One (EOTO). Later, as Co-Director of the Multitudes Foundation, he led Europe-wide funding programs supporting organizations and communities in developing innovative political approaches. Today, Jeff contributes his experience to various committees and expert groups, advocating for democracy, anti-racism, and just futures. His particular interest lies in how collective imagination can serve as a tool for inner change and societal transformation.
