Ashcharya Prabhu is a space-holder and community weaver who brings people and ideas together with deep care and clarity. At the heart of her current work is the Leaders’ Lab Network at Centre for Exponential Change —a living, breathing cohort of System Orchestrators across the globe who are creating impact at scale.
Ashcharya’s work is rooted in a cross-sectoral journey spanning film-making, creative entrepreneurship, social-impact education, and programmatic ecosystem design. As a founding member of Artflute, she led marketing, customer success, and design to scale global art-tech platforms empowering 2000+ fine-artists and sculptors. At Udhyam Learning Foundation, she shaped large-scale public education programs across Indian states—enabling 800K+ first-generation entrepreneurs and students to build self-efficacy and economic independence. With UNICEF & three State Governments in India, she led curriculum thought leadership for mass-adoption entrepreneurship for students from Grade 6 to UG positively impacting 2M+ learners. Through her creative design studio, she continues to design brand stories and experiences that centre people, culture, and purpose. Across it all, her instinct has been to hold the emotional undercurrent of systems work—to blend story with empathy, processes, joy and care with clarity.
